Mailchimp is an online marketing platform operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, a US company that stores personal information in the US. We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of their direct marketing.
(4) Other disclosures
(a) to the extent that we are required to do so by law;
