Liam is a leading EU healthcare and agritech executive, building businesses around brand development and technical services.

A science and compliance background leading in to 11 years in the agritech industry offers exceptional knowledge across all areas of production and distribution, assisting in building global supply chain, helping many producers globally to understand regulation and market access requirements for the most highly regulated markets in the world.

Liam is a progressive business manager and market developer with 15 years experience in sales and marketing, technical and compliance, manufacturing and distribution operations, as well as finance and business development

Robin has played a pivotal role in the change of legislation in the UK, with his daughter Jorja receiving the first prescription on 1st Nov 2018. Having navigated the intricacies of the legal and healthcare systems, he successfully secured the import of an Aphria product that has changed Jorja’s life.

Robin continues to lead the charge for UK patient access and will continue his work to pave the way for clearer regulation for both physicians and patients, improving the prescription access route.

As well as networking with patient groups and specialist prescribers, Robin continues to develop his regulatory relationships and will liaise with government organisations and relevant stake holders to advance our clients clinical pathway ambitions

Soco brings a wealth of experience in establishing and managing accounting and financial control systems for group business. A qualified professional accountant and senior finance officer with two years of studies in medicine as part of her acumen that have been a key for her multi-faceted career history, including working as a team leader at Citibank, before returning to Universidad Del Norte as a Professor of Accounting, Administration and Management while fulfilling the role of Credit Controller for Ternium-Hylsa. Following a further 6 years as finance assessor for a regional agency of GNP Soco moved to the USA and fulfilled various finance director roles in the construction and property development sector, as well as healthcare, wellness and hospitality businesses. Soco joins the Elite Growth team with a clear vision for development, international exposure and a set of transferable skills.

Martin is an entrepreneur with a proven strategic capability from start-ups to blue chip organisations. This is complemented by a hands-on capability to deliver meaningful deals and results.

He is focused on brands creation, building, multiple channel marketing & PR, and on the communications of Elite’s aspirations, personalities and ongoing commercial success of the businesses. His role is to facilitate his fellow directors in reaching the Company’s growth goals.

In addition to his international strategic consulting, Martin has co- founded and led the business development, revenue generation and investment raising of several companies including Starship Studios, the UIM Powerboat P1 World Championship, and VQ.

Dr. Monica Vialpando is a pharmaceutically trained product development scientist with an expertise in the formulation of water insoluble compounds. As founder and CEO of Via Innovations, she leverages this uniquely specialized background to advance the next-generation of cannabis products to differentiate Via Innovations' bespoke nature to product design by integrating formulation technologies with plant-based medicines.

She currently serves active scientific advisory roles to The Plant Labs, MAZAKALI, and gofire and is an adjunct professor at Loyalist College, Ontario. Dr. Vialpando is a frequently invited industry speaker, recipient of the El Sohly Award for ‘Excellence in Cannabis Chemistry’, listed as ‘Top 100 Healthcare Leaders’ by the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare and included in the Cannabis Scientist’s Power List for 2021.
